He is a 1990 graduate of Computer Science from University of Benin. He worked for Schlumberger between 1999 and 2006. Mr. Osa-Peters is a lucid entrepreneur and owner of successful business outfit (Multitek Group of Companies) that has been serving the Nigeria oil & gas industry and the public sector in various capacities since 2006. Engr. Francis Oriakhi is a Civil Engineering (BEng) graduate of the University of Port Harcourt. He also has M.Tech (Highway and Transportation Engineering) from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 1998.

He Started his career in 1985 in the then Elf Petroleum Nigeria Limited (now Total E&P Nigeria Limited) as  a field Superintendent and progressively grew through the engineering ladder- Construction Engineer, Production Facilities Engineer, Project Manager, Deputy General Manager District Projects Admin until his retirement in 2017.

Engr. Francis is a member of several techincal professional bodies amongst which are:

He has been in active legal practice with the firm of MogbeyiSagay and Co, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. He has been involved in many landmark cases including the Auto Import v Adebayo which was finally decided by the Supreme Court in favor of his client and which dealt extensively with Gurantee-ship in Nigeria; several Governorship cases which eventually went before the Supreme Court. etc.

He is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to several companies including MSTDC Nigeria Ltd. which has attracted 3Billion US Dollars from a German International investor, MOSMITH kbmG Co into the Nigerian Economy for the development of a housing infrastructure project in Ogun State, Nigeria. He is the Managing Partner of MogbeyiSagay and Company, Lagos.
